I specifically requested an appointment due to a broken tooth and having severe dental anxiety. I requested nitros oxide to help with the anxiety. The DR came in and she asked me if I was sure, she was giving me a really hard time about it saying the mask would be in her way and wouldn't allow her to work effectively | Stuck to my plan and insisted, she seemed really put off. I decided to ask my husband to come sit with me. Also I do not believe the nitros was even on as it didn't help and it always has helped in the past. This time it was like breathing just extra oxygen. Let's go to the follow up. So I went in Saturday and had my extraction site looked at. Everything was fine, my husband wasn't with me at this time. The last thing she said to be is that I need to brush my tongue better as there was a black spot that was fungus. She made this diagnosis with no testing, no follow up information and walked out. I had sucked on a piece of licorice the day before because I was nauseous.however if she suspected fungus on my tongue l would think other than just brush it more would have been warranted. Oh also she almost refused to pull my tooth because I declined the $550 bone graft for the pulled tooth site. It was only after I got my husband that she seemed to halfway fix her attitude. Also she barely left the topical anesthetic on to help with the pain of the shoes and then gave me a shot in the roof of my mouth with no topical. . I would never recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience, the whole staff was great. Truly compassionate, caring and patient. I had an emergency, cracked tooth and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was able to be seen on a Saturday which was great. Thank you to the whole team.
