I recently had an appointment at Mason Creek Dental, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of care and professionalism I experienced. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home. They are always smiling, and always thorough with contacting me before my appointments, also with scheduling my next one. The office is immaculate, and the atmosphere is calming, which immediately put me at ease. My dentist was fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan, addressing all my questions and concerns with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how much she valued my comfort throughout the entire process. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and incredibly efficient. The hygienist was also wonderful—gentle, thorough, and very attentive. My teeth have never felt cleaner! She even explained to me how my progress has improved since my last visit. I’m grateful to have found a dental practice that combines excellent customer service with top-notch clinical care. I highly recommend MCD to anyone looking for a caring, professional dental team. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Worked with insurance plan to find best solution for treatment plan. Not busy on day of visit so I was able to get right in. Very happy with visit.
